In a post on the Forza website, Playground went into more detail about the game’s ten new features revealed in January’s Developer Direct. Forza Horizon 6 is based in Japan, and Playground has confirmed that the game will feature famous Japanese landmarks like Tokyo’s downtown area, including Shibuya Crossing, Ginko Avenue, and Tokyo Tower.
Outside of the city, Forza Horizon 6 will also feature authentic mountain routes from Japan, such as Mount Haruna and Bandai Azuma.
Seasonal Changes :
Seasonal changes are returning to Forza Horizon 6, but this time they’ll be more “dramatic.” Each season will bring different changes to the game world, These will include landscapes, crops, plants, and weather. In the Alpine region of the map, players will be able to experience snow-themed gameplay in any season.
Car Meets and New Events :
New event types are also being added to Forza Horizon 6, including Horizon Rush, which will allow players to drive through obstacle courses spread across the map.
The game will also feature Car Meets, where players can meet online in the open world to show off their cars. During these meets, players will be able to download tunes and liveries, and even purchase copies of their favorite cars.
The game will feature multiple tracks on the map, called Time Attack Circuits, where players will be able to set their fastest lap times.
Customization Options
Like previous games in the series, Forza Horizon 6 will allow players to customize their experience. Players can decorate their garages to their liking. and create a showroom for your car collection. The game will also feature a fully customizable area called the Estate, where players can build and decorate structures in the open world.
Customization options extend to cars as well. Players can now paint livery on car windows. New rims have been added to the game. And there will also be the option to install different rims at the front and rear. Cars will also experience natural wear and tear over time.
Rare aftermarket cars will also be found parked across the game map, available for test driving and purchase at a discount. These will often include rare car models.
